Kuwait-based architecture studio WEFT used arched brass displays and Kuwaiti desert sand to create an exhibition that tells the life story of Sheikh Jaber Al Abdullah Al Jaber Al Sabah, a prominent member of Kuwait's ruling family. The studio utilized WOOD-SKIN's patented technology to design, produce, and install surfaces for the ceiling, which were made with brass laminate and complement the arched displays while also creating a bright contrast with the rest of the space. The exhibition, presented as a photographic essay, is inspired by Sheikh Jaber's drawings of his traditional Kuwaiti mud house, which was built around a large liwan with arched portals connecting to the living areas.
