Your personal data supplied by You, may be processed by Wood-Skin S.r.l, acting as the “Data Controller” (hereinafter "we" or "our"). We will process the personal data abovementioned, Your purchases - history and other personal data that You will voluntarily disclose to our employees also via social networks (hereinafter and all together considered "Personal Data") for the following purposes:

• data analysis and market research (questionnaires, customer satisfaction etc.) and data enrichment, based on our legitimate interest in analysing and understanding how our customers use and interact with our brand, so improve products, services and our business in general;
• global or local marketing generic purposes (i.e.: for sending you marketing communications including news, information and updates about our products and services, offers, promotions, special events or other marketing communications that may be of interest to You, via SMS, email or telephone) as well as personalized communications in order to adapt your experience with us to your interests and purchasing habits (i.e.: tailored communications), and thus improve our services, mainly through profiling. The processing for these purposes is based on Your prior consent and our legitimate interest in communicating with our customers and improving services. We will keep Your Personal Data for 2 years from the last contact with You, unless otherwise provided by law and regulations.

Your Personal Data will be accessible by authorized personnel of Wood-Skin S.r.l. and from related companies and service providers who work on our behalf and need access to data to perform their tasks and duties. Your Personal Data may be transferred from the European Economic Area to third parties; for some of these countries, adequacy decisions have been taken by the European Commis- sion, while for others not.
